Hi team,
we would like request a new feature regarding the possibility of configuring some kind of dependency within the SevOne tool at the object level.
At the moment, if a device goes down and this device has ping, SNMP Availability, and some interfaces as objects, as per our current policies, an alert will be generated for each object.
We would like to know if we can set, for example, the SNMP availability as the master sensor/object and the rest of the SNMP objects (interfaces) as a child of the first one, in that way, if SNMP Availability is failing and triggers an alert, the rest of the sensors will be ignored, and we wouldn't receive several/fake alarms for the same issue (device down or SNMP agent device failing).
Do you know if this feature is possible to be deployed or any similar setup at the Policies Alert level?
Thanks and regards,
