Today we have several managed clients that are leveraging OEM Vendor Orchestration and Automation platforms (i.e. Cisco DNA Center or Cisco Meraki, Aruba Central, Cradlepoint Netcloud Manager, or Juniper MIST and we have a desire to leverage TMF642 integration instead of SNMP (Touch every device). From a ITSM/TSOM perspective we are moving to ServiceNow and this is also an opportunity to leverage TMFXXX standards.

Hi, what equipment do you have in your environment that are implementing these APIs? Do you have certain workflows in mind? For example, you reference TMF642, would you want this API to be used in place of SNMP Traps or are you looking towards this API to interface with the alerting/thresholding system in SevOne?
