Variable handling - configurable per tab or global

Variable handling in DI is very limiting having variables that apply to all tabs in a report. Not only is it restrictive but can also be confusing with different variable types and data it applies to (especially with flow). It should be possible to define variables that are local to a tab or global for all tabs. Another option would be to enable a "force-clear / greyed out " of certain variables when selecting a tab. E.g. hide an object group selection for tabs where it is not applicable.

(The ideal option would be to have variables linked to widgets as well as tabs. It would be useful to have for example report widgets / performance data that is different in nature in the same tab each sourced by different variables. For example, showing sdwan traffic and wifi traffic on the same page / tab).
