WMI proxy port encryption AES-128 is depreciated

The federal reserve is depreciating AES-128.  They can use it now, but in the near future it will need an exception. can only use approved cryptographic measures.

Support to customer:

Hello Richard,

I don't believe there are plans in place to update the WMI Proxy to AES-256. From looking at the documentation surrounding AES-128 it looks like it is still supported until 2030 despite theoretical vulnerabilities due to quantum computing. This may change in the future and prompt IBM/SevOne to make changes before then but for now it doesn't appear to be in the pipeline as AES-128 is still supported.

You can submit an Idea request below to IBM as your internal policies suggest moving off of AES-128.

Thank you.
