Based on the discussion, this ask seems to be two pronged.
From the Product team we will deliver: Forward and reverse loss as metrics.
After that is delivered, Chris , Reza and teeam will help with any modifications needed to policies.

This is further to the email sent on April 11th explaining our updated OPTION 4 request.
We are looking to see if you can implement forward packet loss (time over threshold) in 7.2 possibly if the requirements window is not already closed down. If not then in 8.0.
