Generate and make available Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) eAssembly image for use to deploy SevOne products

During an evaluation with a customer for possibly cloud migration options we had looked at AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI.  OCI is currently the one that based on initial investigation and capabilities for our customers needs.  This is in response to the Broadcom pricing increase after their purchase of the VMware software and their desire to no longer host their own hardware to run the applications.  This customer operates as an MSP and is looking at 1000+ NMS appliances to deploy into the OCI environment if it is selected.

If we could have eAssembly images created similar to the AWS, Azure, and VMware ones that are currently available.
