Michael, can you set up a session with me to review this in detail? I believe some of this is already possible in DI Device Manager, whether or not it has a well polished experience. I'd like to go through each of the problems the user wants to address, not with our product but with their devices, so that I can better understand what improvements we may need to consider for the product. I'm happy to review this with you 1 on 1, with the customer, or with both.
