Detecting When Devices are Unvailable and Be Notified

For example: If a device is via SNMP and ICMP not available/reachable, then it is most likely down (severity: critical). Otherwise, it is still up (severity: error).

So that I can better distinguish whether a device is actually down

There was a specific request for functionality in the subject of this idea. It sounds more like you want to be able to:

    1. Define multi-object/indicator criteria by which SevOne can determine that a device is unavailable

    2. Be notified when devices become unavailable

As such, I took liberties and revised the idea name and description.
