DI TopN Column Timespans Overwritten by Report Timespan + Add Rolling TopN Column Timespans

The TopN widget settings allow users to add multiple columns via the Timespan option under the Analyze tab. If this option is used to set columns in a widget, and then the Report Timespan option is used to set a custom timespan, it overwrites all of the columns in the TopN widget and replaces it a single column based on the Report Timespan set.

In addition to preventing this overwrite behavior, the option to set TopN widget custom timespans relative to the Report Timespan should be added (i.e. rolling time spans, last 24 hours from the selected custom report timespan, etc.)
