Workspace SevOne

Enable the web server component of SevOne to use FIPS 140-2 validated cryptographic modules for encrypting stored data.

This feature would enhance the security of SevOne deployments by ensuring that any data stored by the web server is encrypted using cryptographic modules that meet recognized validation standards. Customers with strict internal security policies or operating in sensitive environments would benefit from this capability. The implementation should ensure that encryption libraries used by the web server are FIPS 140-2 validated and that encryption is applied to all relevant stored data. This could be achieved by integrating or configuring the web server to use a FIPS-compliant cryptographic backend and verifying its operation in FIPS mode.
