Add a synthetic indicator expression for poll frequency

When creating a synthetic indicator, it was found that if you are trying to convert data to a per second output, rather than the poll frequency, this can be difficult to do in specific situations.  For example, a device has an multiple interface objects, many are standard polling frequency of 300 seconds, but some are higher frequency at 60 seconds.  Having a wildcard in synthetic creation such as $pollfrequency would allow a single object to be created, rather than making 2 objects (one for 300, and one for 60).  This would also prevent some interfaces from having an object with the wrong data (60 second polling object utilizing a 300 second polling indicator)
