Maintenance Window needs to be added to Data Insight

As functionality begins to shift away from the NMS to Data Insight, the current state of Data Insight has highlighted the need for the Maintenance Window functionality to also move. For Delta the problem presents itself because multiple user teams need to be able to manage their own Maintenance Windows, the current state of 8.x.x requires the team who admins SevOne to grant individuals from those separate teams' access to NMS because they cannot address these needs within Data Insight. This means additional user training is required, as well as it presents both security and administrative concerns due the fact that more users than should be required are now required to have access to both DI as well as NMS, when NMS should be limited to the administration team of the SevOne product suites.
