Improved Feedback to User when Max Query Size is reached

Currently if the user makes a massive query that is very big the feedback message  given to the user is "SevOne Appliance is currently unreachable".

I don't believe this is a accurate representation of the system state. This can lead the user to believe the application is hung when in reality the user needs to refine the query that they are using.

I propose that we have the ability to set a max query size or limit and update the feedback that is given to the user to say something like "Query returned to many results" or something to that effect.

Right now the feedback given to the user is not accurate and can make them believe the application is in a hung state.

Evan, I reached out to support a week or two ago and let them know that this should be treated as a defect. If our product doesn't provide error messages upon failure, or if those error messages don't provide adequate insight - Support should raise a defect. Based on the impact of the error condition, that defect can be prioritized and delivered in a future version or in a service pack.

@Guest - FYI - Please ask whoever opens this defect tag me and I'll make sure it gets put into a sprint as long as it has all the information that we need to ensure we address the right problem. We can also have a separate discussion on whether an admin configuration to change the memory size is appropriate or should be raised.
