Reintroduce the ability to generate device metadata reports on DI, restoring the functionality that was available in version 8.0 NMS.

Metadata is extensively used to automate and organize administrative activities within SevOne. Without a native reporting tool in current versions, teams lose critical visibility. Restoring this feature allows administrators to quickly audit, filter, and review which specific systems can or should be acted upon based on the metadata of all devices across the cluster.

Through a reporting widget or module within the DI that allows users to list, filter, and export the metadata associated with devices and objects, replicating or improving upon the user experience from version 8.0. For example listing all the devices with metadata = X, or contains "abc", etc.
