Separate PATH and user id for ASD DB2 Discovery

Currently the ASD scripts for DB2 uses db2inst id for discovery. the script paths are derived from the home directory of db2inst user id (db2 installation path)

we need to seperate the user id used for discovery to something other than the db2 instance owner
for this we need to seperate the PATH and USER variables used by the DB2 discovery scripts

If this is required, the bundle needs to be placed on each target and run manually. If you login as the required user that will be picked up by the script and run appropriately.
