Add VMWare Cluster to TADDM Integration Plugin (for ServiceNow)

We require the TADDM Integration ServiceNow Plugin to be able to send VMWare Clustering CI and relationship data to the appropriate cmdb_ci_vmware_cluster table (and also associated VMWare cluster resource tables) in ServiceNow.

    Owing to the way ServiceNow constructs their commercial model, the required tables are not available in ServiceNow to deliver this without the customer purchasing additional components, therefore this cannot be delivered.
