Update TADDM API to support iSeries discovery using PKI

As TADDM can use the SSH Public Key Infrastructure to authenticate the access to Unix or Linux target systems, why is this not possible to set up for iSeries machines ?
To quote from the Sensor log "TADDM does not support the discovery of IBM i systems when using public key infrastructure (PKI) authentication. To initialize a connection between the TADDM server and an IBM i system, you must use a user name and a password." (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSPLFC_7.3.0/com.ibm.taddm.doc_7.3/SensorGuideRef/r_cmdb_sensor_i5os.html)
We have a customer whose preferred method of access to target systems is via PKI, as this is deemed more secure that the User / Password method, so the request is that we use this method for TADDM scanning.
TADDM API should support PKI for iSeries targets
