Update log4j to 2.17.1 or newer version, and avoid of hardcode/embedded inside library

Best practice of programming is never embedded known library inside another library, but TADDM have a lot of binary containing other library, e.g. log4j.

Please take a look of taddm-api-clients.jar, containing platform-logger.jar, log4j 1.x.jar.

As recently log4j security vulnerabilities, everyone starting to pay attention to this widely applied library. Despise log4j 1.x is not affected by JNDI class vulnerabilities, it does affect by a lot of other vulnerabilities,

Upvoted. We (urgently) need to update from version 1.x to version 2.17.1 as soon as possible, because of orders of the management.
