Add support for discovery of Cisco Nexus 9000 series switches in TADDM

Issue that TADDM is not supporting discovery of Cisco 9000 switches was raised with TS012734132 case.

CTJTD0871W No IP interface was found error is being reported during the discovery of those devices.

No relationships to endpoints is being discovered and populated within TADDM.

This leaves a gap within the discovery where the ACI connections are not being correctly populated

"com.collation.platform.model.topology.app.dependencies.SwitchToDevice" is not populated.

This gives huge gap in the topology and the CMDB relationship model for the network discovery.
