Enable Filter Dependency Option with Projects & Teams & Custom Quick Filters

Currently the filter dependency option does not work based on the project and team context filers. The teams filter should depend on the selection for project and other custom fields, particularly Agile Release Train. If I select my project and/or Agile Release Train, I should only see the teams in that project and/or Agile Release Train. This is a bad user experience on views that are shared across all project and teams for users that have permissions across multiple projects. I frequently get complaints from end users on this and don't want to go down the path of putting unnecessary team naming conventions, etc. in to work around it.
