Confidence Vote Improvements to view votes by team.

In SAFe, the first confidence vote is completed at the team level. The second vote is at the ART level after the Risks have been "ROAM'd".

Suggested Improvements:

  1. View the vote by Team in the PI view.
  2. Show a separate line for each voting session by team(i.e. first vote separated from the second vote).
  3. Add a way to initiate a voting session. Ideally create a "+" next to the "VOTES" header in the Tab so that a SM/RTE (or whatever role has permission) can create a vote, assign a team, generate a URL, and either allow the SM/RTE to indicate this is a First or Second vote or have the system track which vote. This could be accomplished a couple of ways, either add a button in the original vote record to "Revote" or recognize the Creator/Team combo to determine a second vote. I like the first option better as if someone needs to step in to launch the 2nd vote they can do so.
  4. Allow a role to "Override" a vote should the team/ART decide they would like to use an external tool (Miro, Mural, etc.) to complete their confidence vote.
