Add filter capability to entity tab lists

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Current Limitation:
In TargetProcess, tabs often contain list views populated with a large number of work items. However, there is currently no built-in filtering functionality within these views, making it difficult for users to quickly locate relevant items or focus on specific subsets of data.

Problem Statement:
As the volume of work items grows, navigating through unfiltered lists becomes time-consuming and inefficient. Users must manually scroll and visually scan through extensive lists, which increases cognitive load and reduces productivity—especially when managing multiple teams or complex backlogs.

Proposed Enhancement:
Introduce a filtering mechanism within tab-based list views that allows users to:

  • Filter by key fields such as state, priority, team, assignee, tags, or custom fields.
  • Apply multiple filters simultaneously to refine results.
  • Save and reuse filter configurations for recurring workflows.

Benefits:

  • Improved Usability: Users can quickly narrow down content to what’s relevant, reducing time spent searching.
  • Enhanced Productivity: Streamlines navigation and task management, especially in high-volume environments.
  • Better Focus: Helps users concentrate on actionable items or specific work segments without distraction.
