Enhance the My Recent menu to include views and reports

Currently, the "My Recent" section in TP's left navigation menu displays only recently accessed Work Items. This enhancement proposes extending the functionality to also include recently accessed Views and Reports. By doing so, users will benefit from a more comprehensive and efficient navigation experience, enabling quicker access to all relevant artifacts they interact with regularly.

Justification:

  • Improves user productivity by reducing the time spent navigating to frequently used Views and Reports.
  • Aligns the "My Recent" feature with user expectations for a unified access point to all recent activity.
  • Enhances consistency across the platform’s navigation experience.

Proposed Outcome:

  • Update the logic behind "My Recent" to track and display Views and Reports alongside Work Items.
  • Ensure appropriate filtering and categorization to maintain clarity and usability.
