Filtering of Entities in Quick Add and available Processes when creating Projects

When adding more functionality into Targetprocess the available entites that a user may create through Quick Add grows rapidly. This makes this button cluttered and many entites are not relevant to developers or other team members, creating insecurity and increase the amount of errors in the system. Therefore I believe it would be benefitial to have the option to filter the available entities in Quick Add, based on Role/Team/Name or any other relevant parameter.

In the same way, I think it would be benefitial to be able to filter the available processes when creating a project. When creating a process it might be difficult to understand exactly which process to use which leads to errors.

Both of the above problems is to most part solvable through list views and filters, but the Quick Add button is quite popular within our organization and we would like to keep it active, just in a with a cleaner appearence, more targetet to the current user.
