Time delta between different entity states

Use case for illustrating the need for tracking the time delta between different activity states --> KPI/efficiency metrics.

Currently we have several dates for an activity:


I need a way to capture the following:
* How long did it take between the activity creation, to being submitted to the math team?

* How long did it take from being Opened, to being Ready for review?

* How long did it take from Ready to Review, to being started/worked?

* How long was it In Progress?

* Once put to Ready to Finalize, how long did it take to switch to "Finalization Started"?

* How long did it take from ready to start to IWR Complete, minus the number of days it was on hold?
* How many days were we on hold waiting for a response from compliance, testers, client, or internal reasons?

Measuring these areas helps me identify inefficiencies/areas of improvement.
