Enhanced Hover Interaction for "Roles and Permissions" and "Custom Fields" sections

Currently, in the Roles and Permissions and Custom Fields sections, the Edit and Delete icons are positioned on the far right of each field, making them difficult to click accurately especially when field names are short. This often results in user misclicks and a poor experience, particularly on larger screens or when using monitors.

To improve usability and consistency across the platform (similar to the existing behavior in the Automation Rules section), we propose implementing a hover interaction feature. When hovering over a row (Role or Custom Field), the full field name should appear on the left, and the Edit/Delete icons should clearly display on the right. This will ensure better accuracy, reduce misclicks, and allow users to quickly identify both the data and the available actions in a single glance.
