Possibility to exclude Public Holidays from Demand/Capacity calculations

Hi,

I would like the possibility to exclude Public holidays from the capacity calculation in the same way as Weekends are withdrawn from available capacity. When doing high level capacity estimation, it is quite annoying to be flagged for overload everytime a Workallocation passes a Public holiday. If I e.g. know that a specific person has, let say, 20% support allocation for the entire year, in addition to a consecutive sum of 80% for other allocations, I would like to be able to set a 20% Work Allocation for the entire year and not have to split this allocation into several pieces that fits inbetween Public Holidyas, to avoid overload. It does not help to calculate the effect of the Public Holidays on the total time over a year and subtract that from the Support Allocation, .e.g. subtract 5% from the support allication to 15% (for an overall total of 95% allocation over the year), as the overload is calculated per week as it only take one overload to flag an entire work allocation for overload. For a one day Public Holiday, that induces 20% less capacity for that week, it means that all allocations that passes that week, together can not exceed a sum of 80% work allocation. This in turn means that it is practically impossible to solve this in any other way than splitting any Work allocations into pieces that fits inbetween holidays, to avoid overload.

For weekends, there is functionality that exclude theese days from the the overall available capacity. The Publid Holiday should be included, or have an option to be included, in this, or a similar, opreration. This will make high level planning much more efficient and bring additional value to the Capacity and Work Allocation functionality. As of now, the overload indication is not very usefull, as it basically indicates constant overload, du to our need to visualize long term generic allocations (such as support).
