Targetprocess Enhancement Request: User Assigned Date for Activities via API or Reporting

We currently capture the Last Modified column only when changes occur to the Activity name or other associated properties of the Activity. This field does not reflect the date a user was last assigned to the Activity.

After reviewing both the reporting options and the API, I confirmed that Targetprocess does not store the “User Assigned Date” on the Assignments entity. The timestamp we see in the UI for assignment events exists only in the History records. Since History is not exposed in Targetprocess reports, this information cannot be pulled directly into a report.

Because of this system limitation, we cannot retrieve the “user assigned date for an Activity” through the standard reporting engine. Below are some alternate approaches we can consider moving forward.

Proposed Alternate Approach (for discussion in our next Targetprocess meeting,If possible)

We can request to Use History API for External Reporting

The History entity contains the exact timestamp for assignment events
