Hide a field in a detailed view for non-admin users

For some rather technical fields not to be used for normal users it would be useful to be able to hide them except if the user is an Administrator. This would also avoid unnecessary confusion with the normal users that might wonder what the field is about. It could be an extension of the current visibility configuration functionality.

    This is indeed missing as an explicit option and it's a good idea to add such explicit fucntionality to the detailed view visibility configuration options.

    While not an exact match for your need, but it could be used as such, have you tried using:

    "visibilityConfig": { "showForUserRoles": [ "Administrator" ] }

    as a workaround?


    Where "Administrator" is an example of the name of the default user role set on the admin users.
