Mashup or User Selectable Board Filter

As a scrum master I would benefit from the capability to utilize Custom Quick Filters or a visual mashup enhancement to select an assigned user from a custom quick filter drop-down or as a mashup visual pop-up of the assigned people to a board. To streamline the number of custom views If I could select my Agile Release Train or a specific Team I would like to only see the assigned users of that ART or Team within a custom quick filter. According to filter dependency documentation Filter dependencies do not work between Project/Team context filters and custom quick filters, which I assume is a limitation to this capability.

Adding this enhancement similar to Jira Cloud where a user can click on a user avatar at the top of the board and immediately filter to that assigned user's workitems. Today a user must create a board-administrated list of users for who they want to have as a selectable user, this is less than ideal when each team must have their own board with their own configured list of users to utilize filter functionality. Mitigating by User swimlanes is not very effective with larger team sizes.
