Be able to more easily rename a custom field in all locations

I just did an exercise in renaming hundreds of fields from the budgeting solution (For Example Proposed > Forecast) so that terms would match across all systems. It would be great if this functionality was easier, if the name was changed it changed in all locations List Views, Detailed Views, Reports. Ideally it would mean that the system was referencing ID's but I would also accept something like "terms" for the xd entities so it is still called "Proposed" on the backend in metrics etc but appeared as "Forecast" for all public facing views.

    I agree with this idea - it might seem simple on the face of it but it would reduce manual efforts working through the system to update the field in multiple places

    It also reduces the risk of things being missed if they're updated in one place and all others follow suit
