Do not hide entities that are assigned to inactive teams in search and Quick Find by ID

If I have a entity like a UserStory, Feature etc.  where a Team is assigned to the entity, and if the Team is later set as inactive, the entity can no longer be found in search (either by searching for keywords or by searching for the ID number.

Note that the project where the entity lives is not set to inactive, just the assigned team.

This "feature" seems not very useful to me. Organizations change all the time, teams are created and disbanded and it would be nice to be able to set teams that no longer exist in the organization as inactive in Targetprocess. Hovever, all the entities assigned to that team is no longer searchable, even Quick Find by ID does not work. This is really not good, as it makes finding old entities difficult.

I also do not see the rationale behind hiding these entities, especially not from Quick Find by ID. I can see some merit in hiding entities from inactive PROJECTS, but not those from active projects but with an inactive team assigned.

I would suggest that when searching for an ID, if there is a corresponding entity it should always be shown, even if it is an inactive team assigned or if the project is inactive. Also, inactive team assigned should not hide from search by keywords.

We find this issue at our organisation also - ARTs are ever changing to the business' needs and when a team is turned inactive, the team name then doesn't show in list views (it looks like no team is assigned) and you cannot filter on inactive teams.

It feels like quite a small change that would have big benefits and ensure the data is more accurate
