Idea: The password should not be mandatory for user creation if login is possible only with SSO

On our productive instance (https://cariad.tpondemand.com/), users can login only using the Single Sign On functionality.
That means that they do not use the Login Name and Password to get access to Targetprocess since they are authenticated by our Identity Provider using the Email.

When I add a new user with the quick add, I have to fill the password field because it is a mandatory field. As a workaound, I will add a fake password to every user. 
Since the password field is not relevant, it should be possible to add a user without entering a password.
For security reasons, the system should automatically add a complex password which does not need to be known by the administrators or to be communicated to the user.
