Export Targetprocess Service Logs to CSV/JSON for Debugging and Analysis

Introduce a native capability in IBM Targetprocess to export system/service logs (e.g., API calls, background jobs, integration events, error traces) into structured formats such as CSV and JSON.

This feature should allow users to:

  • Filter logs by date range, user, service, or error level
  • Export selected log data on demand or via scheduled jobs
  • Preserve structured fields (timestamps, request IDs, payloads, error messages) for downstream analysis
  • Enable secure access controls to protect sensitive information

Providing logs in standard formats will enable easy integration with external tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Splunk, ELK stack) for deeper diagnostics and trend analysis.
