Shape the future of IBM!

We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Search existing ideas

Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,

Post your ideas
  1. Post an idea.

  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

Link the Reports to general/service accounts rather than specific user

Reports should be linked to general or service accounts rather than individual user accounts to ensure continuity when users leave or lose access. This feature benefits administrators and project managers by ensuring that shared reports remain accessible even when the original owner's account is deactivated, removed from an integration role, or loses admin privileges. It works by allowing reports to be assigned to a service or generic account rather than a named individual, preventing orphaned or inaccessible reports. This is especially critical in large enterprise environments like BNY where staff turnover and role changes are frequent.

The issue was addressed in January release of Targetprocess ATP 2601.2

There is a new screen available in TP Settings called "Reports" that provides list of all reports. Through the screen, users with admin rights can check the actual owner and change the report owner. Please review the attached screenshots.
