Quick add form is very limited and doesn't allow for cascading drop-downs / dependency drop downs

Quick add forms should support cascading and dependency-driven dropdowns so that selecting one field dynamically filters the options available in dependent fields. 

This feature is valuable for all end users who create entities and need form fields to respond intelligently to prior selections, such as filtering available teams based on the selected portfolio. It works by implementing conditional logic in quick add forms so that dropdown options are dynamically filtered based on previously selected values. This reduces invalid data entry and speeds up the form-filling process by presenting only relevant options.
