Introduce a built-in Targetprocess diagnostic and client-side logging capability that allows users to easily capture and securely submit troubleshooting data, including HAR files and browser-side errors, directly from the application without requiring advanced technical knowledge or Support case management

Support and Engineering teams frequently rely on HAR files and client-side browser diagnostics to investigate issues related to application behavior, performance, integrations, and reporting. However, obtaining this information today can be cumbersome and often requires users to follow technical documentation, understand browser developer tools, manually capture logs, and coordinate with Customer Success Portal (CSP) users to submit files through a Support case.

This process creates friction, delays troubleshooting, and can result in critical diagnostic information never being collected. In many cases, end users experiencing the issue may abandon the effort rather than navigate the steps required to gather and provide the requested data.

Providing a native diagnostic capability within Targetprocess would significantly simplify information collection, accelerate issue resolution, and improve the overall support experience for both customers and IBM teams.
