The target process should sync dependencies or enable bidirectional synchronization when the issue type is a Story or Epic.

We need the target process to synchronize dependencies and support bidirectional sync for Story and Epic issue types.

For an Epic, related work may be represented either as linked tickets or as child items. In both cases, if the title is named  as dependency in Jira, it should appear under Dependencies in the target process. The dependency relationship should also sync back to Jira to keep both systems aligned.

In addition, sprint commitments should be synchronized between Jira and the target process so that sprint planning and tracking remain consistent in both tools.
