We have this device called Analog Voice Gateway(AVG) and is used to connect the Analog phones to IP network. Vendor of this device is VEGA and other details are as follows: Vendor: VEGA Type: AVG Model: 5000 series (5024 in use) OS: 8.07 We have a PMR earlier associated with this device which i Have mentioned in the above provided details. We are unable to run native command sets on this device. While running the native command sets on this device the status is show as success while as no change happens at device side. Due to this we are unable to do bulk configuration for these devices. we have around 1500 such devices and doing manual task makes no sense when we have global products like ITNCM with us. I request you to go through the mentioned PMR and work on similar lines to provide us a solution. It is also important to mention that we are using customized driver for this device as IBM has no support for this. As a defense organization we have operational requirements which need to be fulfilled. It is therefore requested to provide us with permanent solution for device support for AVG in ITNCM so that our operations should not hamper.
