Make export/import of RAD files possible

We maintain a number of different ITNCM installations and would like to be able to synchronize the RAD files across systems. At the moment the only way to do this is to cut and paste the text from the GUI.

It would be less prone to error to be able to transfer using a CLI utility or script.
