Please remove case matching for username, in ITNCM
Please remove case matching for username, in external (i.e. LDAP, TACACS, etc.) and internal (ITNCM) authentication for the ITNCM application and Reporting.
Customer has requested this. In their environment, the ITNCM authentication is from RADIUS/TACACS server. JazzSM/Dashboard authentication is from LDAP server. In RADIUS server, all username are lowercase, for example t111222. In LDAP server, the username are uppercase, for example T111222.
When customer logs into the JazzSM/Dashboard through LDAP server, all the usernames are uppercase and cannot run the ITNCM report. The issue is that Realm list doesn't display for the uppercase user. Only lowercase user can see/select the "Realm" list and run the ITNCM report.
In conclusion, please change ITNCM authentication (both CORE and Reporting) to handle multiple "cases" for user ids (not be "case sensitive").
