Add support for SHA256 encryption for SNMPv3 discovery and polling in ITNM

We all need a good hash encryption algorithm in SNMPv3. SHA 1 is likely to be broken and all the NE vendors and security policies are moving to SHA2. We opened the case TS007203260 recently and we were told that SHA256 support is not planned for the current year. Please rethink this to get this support as soon as possible.

I'm working on a project for a big customer where we are replacing CA Spectrum. It's hard to face the customer with this lack of support for this feature when their incumbent solution supports it. I hope a fast development of this feature.

    Dear IBM,

Are there any updates regarding this case? In 2022 it is ridiculous that there is no support here and our customers are not willing to wait that long for an update.
