    Requirement from USCC:

This is the info to get the discovery started.

    Background:

There is a new NSP system with new device types.  Mag-c  and Mag-u  they will take the place of the 5GSA control and user plane gateways.

We need to discover them into ITNM.

It looks like we will need to do two discoveries.

    1. A Restconf discovery of the physical inventory.  This should be a new collector or one you already have.
    2. A Netconf discovery of the configuration of the gateways.  This probably will be an agent with a seedlist. Or a neconf script to back up the restconf pull.

These datasets should be merged and turned into the device models in ITNM. With connectivity to the ip stack as well as the service connectivity.
