NOI Network Health Dashboard does not support Load Balancer rul properly

This is happening on NOI 1.4.1.
When launching Network Health Dashboard, the Percentage Availability Widget is not able to display data and it is showing Data retrieval error in our Environment. Further checking with IBM Support and found that it is due to the users login to DASH via a load balancer url which managed by HA_Proxy.

User will not face problem when directly login to DASH server using the direct url.

This is the current setup.
There are 2 DASH server installed, and user is login to DASH via HA Proxy which HA proxy will redirect the users to the primary or secondary DASH based on the user load and the status of the DASH server (up or down).

Load balancer url:
https://unmsnoi.time.com.my
and it will direct to:
a) https://dashpri.noi.time.com.my:16311/ibm/console

b) https://dashsec.noi.time.com.my:16311/ibm/console

NOTE: There is no issues for other UI , example network view, event viewer, top performer widgets and etc on the UI.
