Huawei Corba TMF814 more information in connections

In the visualization of connections in Network Hop View should be improved in order to show the users more information without the need to open the Structure View to check the endpoints.

Currently we have only the ifDescr in the connection tooltip (when we hover on top of the connection), and the information present there is not enough for quick validation.
The interfaces are present as follows:
- endpoint1:
- ifDescr: IN/OUT 19140341
- endpoint2:
- ifDescr: endLINE 134349
At least we could have in the ifAlias:
- endpoint1:
- ifDescr: IN/OUT 19140341
- ifAlias: 5-14FIU-1
- endpoint2:
- ifDescr: endLINE 134349
- ifAlias: 12-11-RAU-1

I've uploaded some screenshots for better understanding.

These changes should affect the Microwave and Optic Fiber connections/interfaces.

As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not fit into our current plans, so the idea will be closed. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us the privilege of partnering with you in developing our products.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Cloud
    Product family - Operations Management
    Product - Tivoli Network Manager

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - ITSM Operations
    Product - Tivoli Network Manager

To have the ifAlias as 3-13FIU-1 you must concatenate the card name with the port name following the naming convention: -

The name of the card is in the Name of the module/card that is parent of the interface.
The port number is within the name of the interface: /rack=1/shelf=3145768/slot=403/domain=wdm/port=1

The information is present in the NCIM database.
You can see also the information in the Structure View (check attached image).

Need further information on this: e.g. is data in the NCIMdatabase? Is the device providing the data?
