Limit NCIM Connectionpool in DASH

When having ITNM integrated into DASH, we can see quite a lot of connections going from the DASH server to the database. This is due to the connection pool being for the ITNM GUIs to connect to the database. We'd like to have an option to limit the max. number of connections the DASH server uses for this connection pool.
