ITNM FP11 TellabsINM8000 (ICON) Java Collector should support Tellabs INM8000 ICON EMS SR8.0 SP3 (Ref Case TS005272257)

We have ITNM 4.2 FP11 (with ICON Test Fix TEST5274508) Production env as listed below using imcl.

We received Collector Testfix TEST5274508 on 8th April 2021 and started discovery. The discovery starts well and in the logs it shows a lot of retrieval of topology data till VC / CTP level for almost 10 minutes. However in the end, the NCIM is blank. The logs show the Error/ Exception of TolCommunicationException occurs in getAllPhysicalInventory as detailed below.

We are also uploading the detailed log_traces zipped file tol.jar, NbifAttributeValues.ini, TellabsINM8000Collector.TRSTellLabsICON.properties.
