TSA takeover by force sequence change request

TSA timeout occurred between DB2 servers (#1 Primary and #2 Secondary) , after this timeout #2 Secondary issued 'takeover by force' command to #1 Primary.
Then, #2 became Primary and acknowledged #1 Primary was active (split brain) because the connectivity was resumed, so #2 Primary server shutdown by oneself without db2 stop by TSA. This brought both servers down status and #2 Primary db2 table space damaged. Our request is customize #2 Primary server shutdown process.

    TSA-Mp is not currently supported on Public Cloud environments. However, this is under consideration. Which Public Cloud environment is being used in this case?
