Ability to resize Azure App Service Plans

Our app service plan environment is extremely overprovisioned, similar to our Virtual Machines, disks, and databases because of the ease of resizing through azure portal. Some of these plans cost a significant amount of money, and they are seeing very low utilization. Being able to resize these ASPs in bulk would help a ton with optimization efforts and cloud cost reduction.

    Thank you for you idea submission. The requested functionality for App Service Plan scaling is already in development and will be available for private preview in Q4. Currently, we also have a private preview program for discovering and deleting empty app service plans. We will reach out to you as soon as the preview is available to you in IWO.
