Retain the ResourceName/ID for entities deleted/no longer in Turbo so they are available when looking at Executed Actions/Realized Savings

There is a need to correlated what specific action(s) taken on a resource correlate to the savings/investments resulting from said action.

This is down but downloaded info from the Savings widget to get the resource name, then searching for same resource name in the executed actions downloads.

For entities that are no longer discovered by Turbo, "Unknown" is show as the resource in the savings widget and as the entity in executed actions.

 

We need this info retained in both areas even if the entity is no longer discovered by Turbo.
